What Mialo is

Mialo is a local guide and early community experience for dog parents in South Florida. We help people discover dog-friendly places and request local introductions.

What Mialo is not

• Mialo does not provide dog walking, grooming, daycare, boarding, veterinary care or other pet services.
• Providers mentioned by Mialo are independent businesses or professionals, not Mialo employees or agents.
• Any service you choose to book is a direct relationship between you and the provider.
• Mialo does not process payments to providers through this landing page.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to accept these Terms. Mialo is currently intended for South Florida users.

Your information and content

You are responsible for submitting accurate information. If you upload a pet photo or profile content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and you give Mialo permission to host, display and adapt it for the Mialo service and related promotion while it remains part of the service.

Local introductions and providers

When you request a local introduction, Mialo may make reasonable efforts to connect you with another dog parent or an independent provider. These introductions are not a guarantee of safety, quality, licensing, insurance, availability or fit. You are responsible for deciding whether any person, place or provider is right for you and your pet.

No professional advice

Mialo content is informational. It is not veterinary, medical, legal, safety or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for your pet’s health or any specialized need.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit false information or impersonate another person.
• Do not use Mialo for harassment, spam, scraping or illegal activity.
• Do not upload content that infringes rights or is unlawful, abusive or misleading.
• Do not post or submit fake reviews or compensated opinions without disclosure.

Current free access

Mialo is currently free for dog parents. If paid features are added later, pricing and terms will be disclosed clearly before any charge.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Mialo is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mialo disclaims warranties and is not responsible for third-party services, provider conduct, location policies that change, or indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before filing a claim, the parties agree to try to resolve the issue in good faith by contacting hello@mialo.us.
